“FIRST CLASS” WEBSITE

We created the very successful “First Class” campaign to overcome the misperception that there were no engineering jobs at Fedex.

In the first year alone, the site had over 47,000 unique visitors and over 6,500 resume submissions.

The strategy drove traffic to a minisite that made clients aware of the vast opportunities, showed them the great options Memphis has to offer and included an interface to quickly apply and refer others.

E-Cards

Used as a refer-a-friend option and tool for recruiters, e-cards were a valuable complement to the campaign.

They told the story of the advanced innovations, created firsthand by Fedex engineers, in a rich medium.

These customizable cards allowed recruiters to instantly deliver a variety of targeted messages to their selected audience.

ADS, E-MAILS, BANNERS

The campaign was supplemented by print advertising targeted to engineers in appropriate media and markets nationally.

Drivers to the site also included targeted banner ads, e-mail blasts (including refer-a-friend e-mails), and radio.
