PRIMarY IMMUNODEFICIENCY (Pi) Strategy

We were responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive strategy for Baxter's PI platform. We built loyalty by increasing community interest, continually updating content, targeted messaging and providing an avenue for customer feeback.

Solutions included search strategy, integration of Just Like Me magazine and promotion of their therapy toolkit (which provided a 900% lift in orders).

Immunedisease.com was the first point of contact for many seeking a baseline of information about PI, treatment options and resources.

We maintained a #1 SERP ranking for this site, surpassing even the .org site for the disease state.

THERAPY SITE: GAMMAGARDLIQUID.COM

The product site contained detailed therapy information geared towards diagnosed patients, immunologists and treating HCPs.

PATIENT SUPPORT SITE: MYGARDIAN.COM

To round out our suite of sites for GAMMAGARD, we created a website that features the GAMMAGARD GARDian program’s comprehensive support.

MyGARDian.com highlighted Baxter’s support for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, which included one-on-one support from patient partners and GARDian program specialists, in-depth insurance assistance, innovative educational resources, and help with therapy continuity.
