AETNA: CASE STUDY

INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE PLAN national ROLLOUT

Explaining the nuances of all the insurance plans Aetna offered to individuals was a complex proposal. We simplified this by segmenting the plans into different customer life stages and recommended the right policy for each individual.

The launch included the website, paid search strategy, brochure, direct mail invitations and sell sheets. It was supplemented by ongoing analytics and recommendations for the site.

E-MAIL TESTING

We developed an email campaign to small business owners in tandem with Aenta's print advertising. A poignant message was combined with a coupon offer and we A/B tested creative versions in different markets.

BROKER presentation SUPPORT

Providing support for broker presentations was a key part of conveying the Aetna story directly to the customer.

We created presentations and flipbooks to clearly define the benefits of a wide range of Aetna offerings - from individual insurance plans to Medicare and other specific topics.
